La empresa contratista principal, certifica que se encuentra al corriente con todas las obligaciones y requisitos legales en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales, para lo cual ha realizado la evaluación de riesgos de todos sus puestos de trabajo y ha planificado las medidas correctoras resultantes de la evaluación. Mediante la presente, certificamos que estos trabajadores cumplen con todos los requisitos documentales de acceso a sus instalaciones tanto como empresa, como de trabajadores, que han recibido la formación e información en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales a los que obliga la Ley 31/95, R.D. 1627/97 y Convenio del Sector de la Construcción, así como sus desarrollados reglamentos, que han recibido los equipos de protección individual necesarios y que se les ha ofrecido la vigilancia de la salud siendo aptos par el desempeño de su puesto de trabajo. Certificamos que están debidamente autorizados por nuestra empresa para ello y que el equipo de trabajo del cual Airbus Operations S.L. / Airbus Defence and Space S.A.U (marque lo que proceda). es titular. Nos comprometemos a solicitar el permiso oportuno al representante de la propiedad, así como a que nuestros trabajadores estén informados, formados y usen los Epi´s. Además, le informamos que hemos recibido la información sobre riesgos del Centro de Trabajo y hemos informado a nuestros trabajadores de cuanta información e instrucciones nos ha transmitido el Coordinador de Seguridad y Salud y la Propiedad. By means of this document, we certify that these workers comply with all documentary requirements for access to your facilities, both as a company and as individual workers; that they have received the required training and information on occupational risk prevention in accordance with Law 31/1995, Royal Decree 1627/1997 and the V Construction Sector Collective Agreement, as well as their implementing regulations; that they have been provided with the necessary personal protective equipment; and that they have been offered health surveillance and are fit to perform their job duties. We certify that they are duly authorised by our company for this purpose and that they are authorised to use the work equipment owned by Airbus Operations S.L. / Airbus Defence and Space S.A.U. (tick as applicable). We undertake to request the corresponding authorisation from the property representative and to ensure that our workers are informed, trained and use the required PPE. Furthermore, we inform you that we have received the information regarding the risks of the Workplace and that we have informed our workers of all the information and instructions provided to us by the Health and Safety Coordinator and the Property.
